CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE  brought  SB   99-DNA  REGISTRATION  OF  BURGLARS                                                        
before the committee  again and asked committee members  if they had                                                            
further questions.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
There being no further  questions, SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar                                                            
SB 99.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS  objected.  The motion to calendar SB  99 carried with                                                            
Senators  Cowdery,  Therriault   and  Pearce  voting  in  favor  and                                                            
Senators Phillips and Ellis against.
